Tahoe City

This beautiful town rests right next to amazing Lake Tahoe at the intersection of Highways 89 & 28. Many visitors flock to this community to explore the diverse shops, boutiques, bars, and restaurants. Although it is primarily a vacation and rental market, there are locals who have called this town home, for years. There is a large blend of newer and older homes and condos. Homes range in price from the low $400,000 into the millions. Condos range from about the low $200,000 into the millions.
