This area is located across Highway 267 from Truckee’s airport for easy access. It is also very close to Truckee’s Regional Park, airport, downtown’s Commercial Row, and the Northstar ski area. Home owner dues are paid quarterly and golf and social memberships are also available. Home prices range from $1.5 million to $4 million.
