Carnelian Bay

Carnelian Bay is nestled between Tahoe City and Kings Beach on the North Shore. This area has many large lakefront homes, as well as a combination of older and newer “Old Tahoe” style homes. The tall pines and the narrow streets give this community a feel of how things were when the first homes were built. Many of the homes have lake views. This area is also popular with the vacation/rental market. Homes range between $600,000 into the millions.
