So how does 2012 compare with 2011? Here is a quick recap on 2011; 63 units sold, least expensive was $139,500 and the most expensive was $3,800,000. Out of the 63 units to sell four were foreclosures, fifteen were short sales, and the rest were standard sales. The average condo sold for $469,688 and the median condo sales price was $400,000. The average days on market was 128, the highest was 798 days, and the lowest was 1 day.
