Squaw Valley Market Update May 20, 2013

Is this the end of homes under a million dollars in Squaw Valley? Currently there are 17 homes for sale between the price of $949,000 and $9,500,000. Only two homes are priced under a million; one at $949,000 and the other at $995,000. From there we go right up to $1,495,000 and higher! There are currently two homes in escrow. The first one is listed at $595,000 and the others at $650,000. Since January 1st of this year Squaw Valley real estate has seen 7 homes sell. They were sold between the prices of $725,000 and $1,995,000.
